TERMS FOR HIRE

Charges - Residents of Hill Moor Parish………£6-50 per hour or part thereof

                  Non residents…………………….…£11-00 per hour or part thereof.

The keys can be obtained from Mrs. Carol Martin. Please telephone 01386 860982 to make arrangements for their collection.

The premises are not licensed for sale of alcoholic drinks. The premises are licenced for entertainment to 11-00pm. Maximum number of persons 100. Hires are expected to leave the premises clean and tidy and to remove all rubbish from the premises. All lights to be turned off and outer doors locked and the keys returned immediately.

This booking form, together with payment of the hire charge, (and a separate cheque for £25 to be held in case of damage/breakages), should be completed and returned to Mrs.C.Martin at least one week prior to the date of the event. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Hill and Moor Parish Room’. The £25 deposit will not be cashed unless there are damages or breakages.
